Flourish Factory sells digital STL files you print on your own machine, and a separate 60-minute online troubleshooting session for when a print goes wrong.

The two offers stay apart on purpose. Buying the STL pack does not include support. Buying support does not include files. Neither one ships a physical product.

Support is one remote session, not lifetime help, not unlimited messages, and not an on-site repair visit.
