Refund policy

Botanical STL Pack is a digital download. Once files are delivered, we generally cannot reverse access. If a file is missing or corrupted, message us in Printer Chat and we will replace it.

1-Hour Printer Support is a timed online session. If you have not used the session and are still inside the 14-day access window, contact us in Support Chat about a refund. Used sessions are not refunded.
