Do you ship anything?
No. STL files are digital downloads. Printer support is an online session. No physical item will be shipped.
Is printer support unlimited?
No. You get one 60-minute online session. Access lasts 14 days from purchase. It is not lifetime support.
Does the STL pack include troubleshooting?
No. The pack includes downloads, print guides, printer chat, and announcements. Live support is a separate product.
Does support include STL files?
No. Buy the Botanical STL Pack if you want the files.
How do I pay?
One-time card checkout. There is no subscription.
