Terms of service

You may print the STL files you buy for personal use. Do not resell the files unless you created them or have written permission to sell them.

1-Hour Printer Support is one 60-minute online session. It does not include physical repair, parts, shipping, on-site service, STL files, or extra time after 60 minutes. Access expires 14 days after purchase.

Both products are one-time payments. There is no subscription.
